What started as a role at the front desk quickly grew into leading salon operations as an Assistant Manager, where i coordinated day-to-day workflows, managed high-volume scheduling, and supported salon owners directly to keep the business running smoothly. I lived the pressure of missed calls, last-minute reschedules, and the nonstop juggles of keeping clients happy.

But I didn't stop there. I took that operational experience into the tech world and for the past 7 years, I've worked as a Technology Manager for a top real estate brokerage. I've implemented systems, scoped and built products, managed vendor partnerships, and rolled out technology that streamlined workflows across the entire organization.
